Rethinking Alternative Credentials programs with UMCI
Group Project | Sep 2024 - Dec 2024
Researched user needs and developed a new module called “Mentoring” for Linkedin platform. This module aims to enable mentors and mentees to discover each other, connect meaningfully, and schedule mentoring sessions that align with their professional goals.
Developed a strategic framework for the University of Michigan Center for Innovation (UMCI) to expand career growth opportunities in Detroit through alternative credentialing programs, informed by surveys, user interviews, ethnographic research, and data analysis.

Bluji: A Craft Cluster Initiative

Bluji transcends academia, immersing the team in Jaipur's Blue Pottery craft. The project is a profound exploration of emotions, from discovering indigenous art joyfully to understanding the pandemic's impact on artisans' livelihoods.

My role : I ideated the mascot, strategized campaigns, built the website (including wireframing and UI design for the homepage, campaign page, cart, and checkout flow), and created graphics for the Instagram page.
